Portions served (ie 4-5 people)
5 -6 people
3 large Aubergines
1/2 kilo Basmati Rice
salt, black pepper
1 vegetable stock
1/2 kilo minced meat
slice the Aubergine, then deep fry for half way through,
put neatly in the bottom of the pot (with the cooked meat) optional.
put the salt, pepper, vegetable stock cover with water.
let to cook through then when it’s done leave it covered for a while then put a big plate on the pot and turn it upside down.
