1/2 kilo cherry tomatoes
2 large cucumbers
1 parsley bunch
1/2 fresh mint bunch
1 spring onion bunch
1 lemon Juice
2 TBS vinegar
1 long lettuce
salt, black pepper
flat bread small cuts
deep fry the bread and put aside to cool
cut the tomatoes and cucumber medium cuts
cut the parsley, mint and spring onion finely and some of the lettuce.
mix together with the lemon juice, vinegar , olive oil, salt, pepper.
decorate the plate with lettuce leaves and put the salad over it decorate it with the fried bread and pomegranate seeds.
